FASTBALL RECORDS is pleased to announce that Sharonmarie Fisher's new album  "Send Down An Angel" has just been released and will soon be heard on radio stations throughout the United States.

 Included in her new release is "Take Me To The Mountain", "Ways of The Man", "It Feels Good to Feel Good" and "Amtrack to Memphis" - each song echoing Sharonmarie's special style. The title song, "Send Down An Angel", is performed by Sharonmarie and her son Phillip John Maldonado.

 Sharonmarie is recognized as an accomplished musician and entertainer. She is most well known in the music industry as a singer/songwriter/musician of what she calls" Adult Contemporary with influences of Rhythm and Blues, Soul, Country, Folk & Gospel music".

  Born in Northern California, Sharonmarie has been performing since the age of 10. She has entertained mainly on the West Coast, as well as in Alaska, New Orleans, Chicago, Hawaii, and Texas. She has performed with such well known entertainers as Bonnie Raitt, Buddy Guy, Robbie Krieger, Albert Collins, Junior Wells, Glen Clark, Delbert McClinton and Charlie McCoy, to name a few.

 In addition to her singing/songwriting accomplishments, Sharonmarie has received the "Keyboard Player of The Year" award for three consecutive years. Winning the state award for 1996, she went on to compete in the Country Music Association of America's 1996 American Eagle Award show and garnered the National Title of "Instrumentalist of the Year".

 As many of you know, Sharonmarie's eleven-year battle with HIV is now in complete remission due to her treatment with Time Magazines' "Man of the Year" David Ho's cocktail drug. Much of Sharonmarie's time is spent doing benefit performances to raise funds for children stricken with AIDS. A percentage of sales generated from this album will go to Sharonmarie Fishers' Send Down An Angel Foundation for Children with AIDS.
